ANDREW LEFF
PRESIDENT & CEO

Andrew is a senior executive and transformation leader with 20+ years of global experience and a reputation for being the opposite of a corporate suit. He’s worked across finance, tech, government, logistics, healthcare, insurance (and more), blending UX/Product leadership with enterprise Agile and modern engineering to turn big ideas into real results. His specialty? Connecting strategy to execution so organizations actually move—and improve—without losing their soul in the process.

He’s led programs for names like The World Bank, FedEx, Accenture, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, guiding stakeholders from “What if?” to “It’s live.” As a founding member of Agile Uprising, he coaches leaders and teams with methods that work in real life, not just slide decks.

Core strengths: designing product operating models that don’t implode, OKRs that aren’t performative, roadmaps tied to outcomes (not vibes), Lean portfolio management, service design, and coaching teams to do their best work without the chaos.

Human side: TikTok sneaker collector, game host (yes, on TikTok Live), AI tool nerd, podcast producer, and app builder. Believes in disruption without the drama and transformation without the trauma. Powered by Nerds, Red Hots, and all the 90s candy, especially late at night. Has a strict no-buzzword-cloud policy.

KATHRYN IKLE
HEAD OF UX & MARKETING

Kathryn is a UX leader, creative strategist, and community-builder with 20+ years across UX, art, design, product innovation, marketing, and digital transformation. She’s built a career on asking, “Why not?”—and then making the answer real. She thrives where vision meets execution: designing human-centered experiences, building brands, and helping people and organizations evolve without losing the plot.

She embodies a different kind of leadership—grounded in empathy, accountability, and service. To Kathryn, leadership isn’t climbing past others; it’s lifting people up and creating space for them to lead, too. Collective success is the only success worth pursuing.

Across North Texas, Kathryn leads major art and design organizations, serves on nonprofit boards, and is famously incapable of not helping. As President of both the Art Club of McKinney and AIGA Dallas, she builds ecosystems for creative growth, mentorship, and collaboration—turning ideas into exhibitions, workshops, classes, programs, and shows that function like a cultural heartbeat. She produces 20+ events a year, from art exhibits to educational programming to her own creative productions, opening doors at every turn.

Kathryn represents artists, champions emerging talent, and creates pathways for people to plug into their community, sharpen their craft, and see what’s possible. She notices potential early—often before people notice it in themselves—and delights in spotlighting their growth. If there’s a need, she’ll find a solution. If there’s an idea, she’ll build the path to get it done.

Core strengths: UX strategy, inclusive design, marketing with purpose, creative direction, event production, organizational development, brand building, community leadership, inspiring people to see possibilities they didn’t know they had, and research-driven problem solving (if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll find it).

Human side: Kathryn is powered by light, happiness, and the relentless pull of possibility. Momentum is her natural state. A joyful organizer by instinct, she loves cleaning almost as much as she loves ice cream. She’s an artist, speaker, strategist, fashion experimenter, studio goblin, UX nerd, and founder-energy in human form. Allergic to boredom and skeptical of ego, she is relentlessly committed to making every space she touches more welcoming, more accessible, and more alive. She believes creativity is a service. Leadership is a responsibility. Community is the future. And she’s building all three — in real time.
